The Rosary Confraternity's Obligation

People who recite a minimum of one Rosary daily, may register his or her name to become a member of SHR. There are no meetings, no dues

Thereafter, each member who strives to pray the complete rosary of 20 mysteries (Joyful, Luminous, Sorrowful and Glorious) daily, will become a Soldier of the Holy Rosary. These soldiers in each Parish should gather to recite the complete rosary on on the first Saturdays of every month and feast days of Mother Mary, to pray for the Pope, respective Parish Priests and all the parishioners, and for all SHR members worldwide.
“Give me an army saying the Rosary and I will conquer the world”
– Pope Pius IX

Each member includes deceased fellow members as well; and thus he/she knows that in turn he/she will be included in the prayers of hundreds of thousands both now and hereafter. This led the Cure of Ars to say: "If anyone has the happiness of being in the Confraternity of the Rosary, he has in all corners of the world brothers and sisters who pray for him." Besides, the Soldiers of Holy Rosary should encourage all the Parishioners to become members of SHR by inspiring them to recite Holy Rosary daily.
